Ardersier Kempo School Est. 2022 as an expansion on classes at Smithton Kempo School Est. 2011 offers Kempo Classes for Ages 6 to Teenagers and Adult Kempo Classes. These classes are for everyone from complete beginners to black belts including both Male and Female students.

Both our Junior and Adult Kempo classes cover a comprehensive syllabus consisting of Kicks, Punches, Locking Techniques, Throws, Nerve Point Applications, Sparring, Ground and Grappling work with defences against weapons included to deal with today’s current social climate.  The system and syllabus is flexible to suit each student regardless of ability enabling them to effectively defend themselves against various attacks from single and multiple attackers.

Progression through the Kempo School Syllabus is monitored by the use of a regular grading test for students.  On satisfactory completion of this test students may move up a grade and or coloured belt.  There are set standards for this which with a regular training pattern stands students in good stead to pick up the movements, techniques and attitude required to work through the syllabus and move up grades.
